General Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

The website outletvidrosecandeeiros.com is operated by Ricardo de Morais Martins (sole trader), trading as Loja do Vidro | Outlet da Marinha Grande, tax ID (NIF) 206507666, with business address at Rua 5 de Junho, n.º 31, Rio Novo, 2450-076 Nazaré, Portugal. 2. Scope

These terms apply to purchases made on this website.

3. Products

Many of our pieces are hand-blown glass, so small variations in shape, colour or bubbles are normal and part of each piece's character. Outlet, refurbished or vintage items are inspected before sale and may have small imperfections, described on the product page. Photos are as faithful as possible, but colours may vary depending on your screen.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros. We are exempt from VAT under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code, so no VAT is charged: the price shown is the final price. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

5. Orders

To buy, choose your products, open the cart and go to checkout. Before paying, you can review and correct all details. After payment, we send a confirmation e-mail with an order summary; at that moment the contract is concluded. We keep the contract and send you a copy on request. The contract may be concluded in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German or Dutch.

If there is an obvious pricing error or the product is out of stock, we will let you know and refund the full amount paid.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they receive the order.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, under the terms of our Refund policy.

9. Guarantee

Products benefit from the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a defect, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided by law.

10. Liability

We are liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

You may use the Electronic Complaints Book and the alternative dispute resolution entities listed in our Legal notice. Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

Changes to these terms apply only to orders placed after they are published.
