Processing and Dispatch

Your order is prepared within a maximum of 24 business hours after payment is confirmed.

Once dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the relevant tracking number.

During busier periods (holidays, vacations or external causes), the times indicated may change.

Important Information

  • Delivery is made to the address given at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs services or other external factors beyond our control, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
  • In the event of shipping damage, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt, sending photographs of the product and the packaging, as set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Any local fees, taxes or charges (for example, in the Canary Islands) are the customer's responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

Summary

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
  • Once the return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided.

Refunds
